45 Acres, including:
- several city blocks
- 90 properties (128 households)
- several locally-owned / operated businesses
- approximately $25-MILLION in lost tax assessed valuation
- over 200 "legacy” trees
- any possible chance of reclaiming Fort Porter land

The large kidney shaped asphalt “plaza” encompasses the current plaza (where Fort Porter once stood) PLUS 3 blocks of Busti Avenue (where homes now stand). The "smaller" kidney above it is flanked by the Duty Free store (left) and multi-level parking for 400+ cars — at the sacrifice of 2 additional blocks of homes. Front Park is the green space to the lower right — with access ramps / roads for Interstate Rte 90 between it and the enjoyment of our waterfront. So much for “quiet reflection”.
